Susan Kay Estill Hargrove

Washington, GA – Susan Kay Estill Hargrove, 60, wife of William Clifford “Cliff” Hargrove, III, entered into rest Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at her residence.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015, at 2:30 PM from Washington First United Methodist Church, 100 Liberty Street, Washington, GA, with Reverend Terry Smith and Reverend Thomas G. Hall officiating.
Mrs. Hargrove, daughter of the late William James and Mary Frances Newman Estill, was born in Savannah, GA. She received her BS Nursing from Medical College of Georgia. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse in Georgia and South Carolina, and a Registered Nurse in Georgia. She worked as a nurse in several facilities, most notably, St. Joseph’s, in Savannah, Nightingale Nursing Home, in Statesboro, Medical Center of Central Georgia ER, in Macon, and 18 years at Athens Regional Hospital, in Athens. She was a member of Washington First United Methodist Church. She loved the Lord and was devoted to her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Mary Elizabeth Hargrove, of Waynesboro, William Clifford Hargrove, IV, and Walker Hargrove, both of Washington; her grandchild, Jordan Miller Hargrove, of Waynesboro; her sisters, Marsha E. Wells, of Pembroke, Anna Helene E. McCoy, of Jacksonville, FL, and Mary Ann E. Fensler, of Ludowici; and her brothers, William J. “Sandy” Estill, of Savannah, and John Newman “Jay” Estill, of Ludowici.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church Fellowship Hall.
