  3. I am so sorry for your loss. Summer is a “for real” angel now. I never met her in person, but know lots of the family (especially MS Veda)and kept apprised through Debbie @ Harlem Methodist Church. You can just sense when a child is so special and loved. You were Blessed with her physical presence for 10 years and will forever be Blessed with memories and knowing that she is so gently placed in God’s loving hands to suffer no more. God Bless the people who love her so much and you will continue to know that many of us are still praying for you. I just know in my heart that Summer was and is a remarkable little girl.

  4. Kitty, Aaron, and Family,

Although no words can really help to ease the loss of Summer, just know that you are very close in every thought and every prayer. Hold tight to memories, and may the love around you help you through the days ahead.

  12. Kitty, words can’t describe the heartfelt sorrow I feel for you and your family. Although I did not know your daughter, I know she must have been a wonderous light in your life. You have always been strong and certain and you need to draw on this inner strength now. My love always to you. God bless.

  13. Surely, there is no grief greater than what is brought on by the death of a child. We know to use the word “orphan” when we speak of a child that has suffered the loss of a parent and the loneliness that surrounds it. Even in the wide expanse of every earthly language though, there isn’t a single word reserved strictly for a parent’s grief in the passing of a child. Perhaps, it can only be grasped in some heavenly dialect that we have yet to speak. Certainly from that sole perspective, all of this makes sense. Rest assure that those known in Heaven by such a word will be rewarded “GREATLY” for having continued in their faith.

We can pray that those that have Loved and Cared for her in this life will find rest in knowing that when they spring into the arms of Summer once again, the reason she was taken so early will become clear. So, very clear.
