Sharon Nadine Samson

Augusta, GA – Sharon Nadine Samson, 76, wife of the late Jerry Samson, entered into rest Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 10:30 AM from Hillcrest Memorial Park, with Chaplain Roscoe Perry officiating.

Family and friends will assemble at the graveside

Mrs. Samson, daughter of the late Irabelle Duncan Edenfield and Lloyd Edenfield, was born in Augusta, GA.

Mrs. Samson was a retired Spinner where she was employed at Sibley Mill.

She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Sharon would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, a sort of offer you can’t refuse for an appointment from which she will not be returning.

This assignment comes with a huge sign on bonus. A reunion with family and friends that she has not seen in a long time.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, George Edenfield, Flemm Edenfield, her sister, Barbara Hurt, and her fur baby and best friend of 18 years Nina Samson.

She is survived by her daughters, Robin Moore (Jason), and Tammy Culbreth (Gene Bryant), her great-grandchildren, Chance Thompson and Nala Thompson.

Much Thanks to Promedica Hospice for their care and a special thanks to Tina for her hands on guidance, grace, and compassion to our family in helping mom transition peacefully to a blissful eternal paradise where we all will meet again.

  1. I didn’t know. I was not expecting to see this. Nadine was my best friend all through our teenage years. I have more memories than I can count that she stared in. I guess her greatest role was played out when we ran away from home together. We were 17. She had a big part in my life and was special to me. I will never forget her. My prayers are with her family.

  2. Robin I’m so sorry to hear about your mom, you are in my prayers. Tina with π—–π—Όπ—»π—°π—²π—½π˜π—›π—₯
