Linda Bryant Agee

Augusta, GA – Linda Bryant Agee, 79, loving wife to Benjamin “Bennie” Agee entered into rest on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Piedmont. Memorial services will be held from the chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 2 o’clock with Reverend Wayne Usry officiating. The Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 1 o’clock until the hour of the service at Chance & Hydrick funeral home. Mrs. Agee, daughter of the late Charles Chandler Bryant and the late Ida Mims Bryant, was born in Augusta, GA. She retired from Richmond County Board of Education as a secretary. She was a lifelong member of Burns Memorial Methodist Church, and a member of LaTane Kirkley Circle. Linda first and foremost loved spending time with her High School sweetheart and husband of 60 years, Bennie. She also loved spending time with her family. Nothing made her happier than having all of them at her house. She loved Hilton Head Island, where many memories were made with family and friends. Her deep and lifetime friendships with the “circle” girls was a constant source of joy through the years. Lastly, Linda loved her “baby pup” Lily. Mrs. Agee is preceded in death by her parents. In addition to her husband, she is survived by their children, Jeff Agee (Erin), Charlee Agee Gravely (Jeffrey), Autumn Agee Spears (Jamie); her grandchildren; Benjamin Agee, Burke Agee, Jonah Gravely (Kayla), Jake Gravely, Jackson Gravely (Gracie), Emma Spears, Jace Spears; her great-granddaughter; Magnolia Gravely. Her Beloved sister, Shannon Hoover (Harold). Her nieces, Kessler Dixon (Chris), Tanya Fowler and Shane Fowler (Mike) Her nephews, Chandler Masters (Nicole), Buddy Fowler, Butch Fowler, Ben Fowler. Her great nieces, Alicia Masters, Elizabeth Cobb (Luke); Her great nephews, Chas Masters (Sarah), Bryant Dixon (Rachel), Blake Dixon; her great-great nieces, Charlie Masters, Devyn Dixon; Her great great nephew, Ashton Cobb. Her cousins by marriage, Bill Agee (Fran), Bobby Agee (Gale). The family gratefully recognizes the LaTane Kirkley Circle as honorary pallbearers.
