Amir "Alex" Bahrami

Amir "Alex" Bahrami, age 46, entered peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at Augusta University Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. To know Alex, was to love him. He never met a stranger and made everyone he met feel welcomed with his captivating smile. While attending University of Texas in Austin majoring in pre-medicine studies and organic chemistry, he began a side hustle working at his uncle's car dealership. He quickly learned his passion was cars. This kickstarted his career path where he quickly gained experience in sales and soon advanced into management at the age of 26. Alex's love of the business and charismatic personality elevated his successful career as General Manager at highly reputable car dealerships throughout the Southeast region. Alex had many hobbies such as boating, cooking, and watching Georgia Bulldogs football. Alex enjoyed life to the fullest, but the times dearest to him were spent at home with Nicole and their two dogs, Uno and Ziggy, eating pizza and watching television. He is survived and missed by his best friend and wife Nicole of 17 years; his stepchildren, Zoey (Rafal) Ciepiela, and Chase Forrester. Forever cherished and remembered by his parents Ali (Mitra) Bahrami and Deborah (Robert) Mendoza; siblings Tara (Rob) Gardner, Bezhan, and Nikki; stepsiblings Bahar (Shawn) Tafreshi and Amir Ali (Kelsey) Etemadieh; and numerous other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, February 12, at 2 o'clock at The Grove, 1702 Grove Level Rd. Maysville, GA, with his cousin James Hubbard officiating and dear friend Bill Hall sharing a special eulogy. A small reception will follow to honor Alex with his favorite food and drink (pizza and Dr. Pepper). No matter where Alex's career relocated him and his family, he was passionate about Meals on Wheels.
