Mildred A. Skinner – Homemaker

Hephzibah, GA.- Mildred A. Skinner entered into rest Friday, February 3, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Jerry Rockefeller officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Skinner was born in Harlem, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nellie Reeves Ansley. She was a homemaker and World’s greatest Mama. She was a member of Silver Run Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Paul Mason (Wilma) of Blythe, Leonard Skinner (Gina) of Buford, GA; her daughters, Cheryl James (Roger), of Hephzibah, and Margaret Whitaker (Charles) of Dearing; her sister, Mary Moody of Newnan, GA; and eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Active Pallbearers will be Tony Daughtry, Lil Roger James, Kyle Skinner, Paul W. Mason, Brandon Munford, C.J. Mize, Cody Schmidt and Richard Peloquin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael DuBose and Richard Reeves.
The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
