Michael Edwin Lunceford Jr.

Blythe, GA – Michael Edwin Lunceford Jr., 51, entered into rest Sunday, September 25, 2022, at his residence.

He was the son of the late Michael Edwin Lunceford Sr. and Elaine Walden Livingston. He was born in Augusta, GA.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 10, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock from Blythe Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Steve Pittman officiating.

Will meet at the graveside.

In addition to his mother, Elaine Livingston, he is survived by his children, Crystal Shaw (Brian), James Lunceford, Patricia Baker (Greg), and Michael Powell; his grandchildren, Jayce, Asher, Spencer, Payton, Bryson, and a baby girl on the way; his siblings, Bradley Mitchell, and Beverly Taylor (Don).

He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Lunceford Sr., and his grandparents, Vera and Gordon Lunceford and Virginia and Herman Walden.

Pallbearers will be James Lunceford, Mark Albright Jr., Brian Shaw Jr., Bradley Mitchell, Robbie Machado, and Devon Taylor.

Little Mike, my buddy my best friend I’m so lost without you here so I’ll write you , thank you for being my friend thanks for all you silly joke’s, for being there when my sister passed ،for making me laugh until I cried . I’ll miss everything the bindge watching TV you at my door saying I’m about to starve what you cooking crazy lady or that one and only Mike knock with get your head out of bed wakey wakey and I would yell are you serious dude but you kept knocking until I opened the door at 6. Am let’s get breakfast ok, we shared so many times and stories about our kids life I met your daughter she’s a beautiful girl as is your son now I know why your so proud of them.. you did a great daddy job with them, well Mike I’m just writing like your right here so I’ll stop for now I miss you and love you with my whole heart I’m gonna keep your memory alive ok my goofy loyal friend.. say by

  4. Tammy and I grieve with Mike’s friends and family at hearing the sad news of Mike’s untimely death. We are bound by our friendship to remember Mike often, well versed in memories fond, and comforted in faith certain that we will see Mike again. Until then, we only know that Mike will always be missed, just as he is sorely missed now.
