Elsie Anne Brantley

Augusta, GA – Elsie Anne Brantley, 84, wife of the late Ozie Willis Brantley, entered into rest Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at University Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 31, 2016, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors with Dr. Dwayne Carter officiating.

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. Brantley, daughter of the late Lawrence E and Annie Davis Willige, was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Trinity Sunday School Class. She retired from WalMart as a cashier and was a past member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. She was also a member of the Alice Warren Chapter of the Easter Star and was a past Grand Aidia of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her sons, Lee Brantley (Terrika), of Grovetown, and Mell Brantley (Robyn), of Hephzibah; her daughter, Ginger Yount (Jerry), of Belvedere; her brother, Larry Willege (Beverly); her grandchildren, Terry Brantley, Christopher Yount, Jared Brantley (Ashley), Ashlee Y. Roquemore (Trace), Travis Brantley, Hunter Willis Brantley, Davis Brantley, and Alesia Nicoli (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Jordon Nicoli, Tyler Nicoli, Haleigh Yount, Natalie Yount, Maggie Roquemore, Conner Roquemore, Genevieve Herrington, Abigail Herrington, Lauren Roquemore, Owen Roquemore, Benjamin Lee Brantley, Ethan Shirley, Corrine Brantley, and Caroline Brantley.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Roberson, Randy White, Tony Johnson, Chris Lotz, Keith Cawthon, and Paul Faglier.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Trintiy Sunday School Class.

The family will receive friends Sunday, October 30, 2016, from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
