Donna V. James Shea

Donna V. James Shea, 60, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 19, 2013, at her daughter’s residence.

Funeral services will be held at Southside Baptist Church this Sunday, December 22, 2013, at 2:00 P.M., with the Reverend Wayne Todd and The Reverend Marion Jay officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms. Shea, a native and lifelong resident of the Augusta area was the daughter of the late Vernon E. and Mary E. Roland James. She was a member of Miracle Baptist Church as well as a loving and giving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Phillip James and David James; and her sister, Tammy Holmes.

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Kellam Inglett and her husband George; her granddaughters, Kala Inglett Windham and her husband Brandon, and Madison Leigh Inglett; sisters, Sally Britt, Joyce Quattlebaum, Nancy Todd and Sandra McDonald; brothers, Kenneth James, Kevin James, Byron James, Chris James and Ted James; ex-husband and loving friend, Stephen Wayne Kellam as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be her family.

If desired, memorials may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105,

Danvers, MA, 01923, or to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd., Augusta, GA, 30909.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at Southside Baptist Church, Augusta, GA.
