Annette Quattlebaum

Hephzibah – Mrs. Annette Quattlebaum, 74, entered into rest on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at her son’s residence.

Graveside services will be held in Hillcrest Memorial Park on January 14, 2014 at 3:30 P.M., with the Reverend David Shelton officiating.

Mrs. Quattlebaum, a native of Augusta, was the daughter of the late James K. and Janie Taylor Rodgers. She had retired from Procurement Department of GA Regional Hospital following 30 years of service and had attended Central Christian Church. She was a loving Grandmother and her grandchildren were her life.

Mrs. Quattlebaum was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son Bert Quattlebaum and his special friend Pam Harman of Hephzibah; her daughter, Sindy Quattlebaum Nicholls and her husband Scott of Woodstock, GA; her brother, Jimmy Johnson and his wife Patsy of Evans; her grandchildren, Robert “Bobby” Quattlebaum, III, Matt Quattlebaum and his wife Whitney, Kris Quattlebaum, Marina Nicholls and Drake Nicholls; and her great grandchildren, Alea and Evan.

Pallbearers will be, Bobby, Matt and Kris Quattlebaum, Ben, Steven and Thomas Harman, Drake Nicholls and Randy Carter.

The family will receive friends following the service at the home of her son, Bert Quattlebaum.
