	Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 1:00 P.M., in Calvary Temple Assembly of God with Reverend Ray Farmer and Reverend Bobby Williford officiating. Interment will follow in Jordan Chapel Church of God Cemetery, Edgehill, GA.<br />
	Mrs. Lamb was born in Jefferson County, Ga to the late Hartwell and Florie Newsome Williford. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God.<br />
	Pallbearers will be her nephews.<br />
	Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by her brothers Hilton and Walter Williford.<br />
	Other survivors include her daugthers, Frances Munnerlyn and Barbara Jones (M.G.); sons, Jimmy Lamb (Deborah) and Les Lamb (Terrie) ; four sisters, four brothers,10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and their beloved pet Peanut.<br />
	The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Augusta, GA – Shirley A. Friar, 69, wife of the late Thomas Eugene Friar, of Brown Rd, entered into rest Sunday, February 5, 2012, at her residence.<br />
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 8, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Chance &amp; Hydrick Funeral Directors, with Mr. Leon Garvin officiating.<br />
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.<br />
Mrs. Friar, daughter of the late Samuel McRollin and Vernell Pipkin Mason, was a native of Augusta. She retired as a Nurse from Trinity Hosptial.<br />
She was preceded in death by her son, Troy Johnson.<br />
She is survived by her son, Darrell Johnson and his wife, Tammy, of Vidette; her daughter, Teresa Riddle and her husband, Robert, of Grovetown; her brother, Steve Mason, Sr, and his wife, Patti, of Augusta; her brother-in-law Ronnie Friar and his wife, Gayle, of Hephzibah; her grandchildren, Lexie Johnson, Chandler Johnson, Michael Johnson, Samantha Mellinger and her husband, Caleb, Shelby Riddle, and Bailey Riddle; and special friend, Rita Prosser.<br />
Pallbearers will be Steve Mason, Jr., Travis Mason, Stephen Smith, Lowell Prosser, Wendy Rosier, and Ronnie Friar.<br />
The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 7, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.<br />

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 12:00 noon from the graveside in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Marion Jay officiating.<br />
Mr. Ridgeway, a native of Augusta, loved to fish was always willing to help underprivileged children and was of the Baptist faith.<br />
He was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Brown.<br />
He is survived by his parents,<br />
Allan Lewis and Ann Andrews Ridgeway, Sr. of Augusta; daughters, Alexis Nicole “Nikki” Ridgeway and Miranda Cobb, both of Anderson, SC; sister, Patricia J. Williamson of Augusta; best friend and caretaker, Vickie Keeler Nichols of Anderson; three grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.<br />

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Chance &amp; Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Jerry Rockefeller officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.<br />
Mrs. Skinner was born in Harlem, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nellie Reeves Ansley. She was a homemaker and World’s greatest Mama. She was a member of Silver Run Baptist Church.<br />
Survivors include her sons, Paul Mason (Wilma) of Blythe, Leonard Skinner (Gina) of Buford, GA; her daughters, Cheryl James (Roger), of Hephzibah, and Margaret Whitaker (Charles) of Dearing; her sister, Mary Moody of Newnan, GA; and eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.<br />
Active Pallbearers will be Tony Daughtry, Lil Roger James, Kyle Skinner, Paul W. Mason, Brandon Munford, C.J. Mize, Cody Schmidt and Richard Peloquin.<br />
Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael DuBose and Richard Reeves.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Augusta, GA – Jack L. “Daddy Jack” Womack, 83, husband of 57 years to the late Mary Sisk Womack, of Richmond Hill Rd, entered into rest Monday, January 30, 2012, at University Hospital.<br />
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 2, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Chance &#038; Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Keith Cox and Reverend Jimmy Harris officiating.<br />
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.<br />
Mr. Womack, son of the late John T. and Adele Ivey Womack, was a native of Augusta. He retired after forty-three years as supervisor with Georgia Natural Gas.  He was a member of Burns Memorial United Methodist Church and was an avid hunter and bird dog trainer.<br />
He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe H. Womack.<br />
He is survived by his sons, Jay and Kimberly, and Bill and Gindy; his grandchildren, John and Kristen, Jimmie and, Heather, Emma, Jack, and Tecie; his brother, John W. Womack, of Evans; and his special niece, Cheryl Ann Mobley, of Martinez.<br />
Active pallbearers will be Roy Stampley, Darrel Vaughn, Steve Krome, Reverend Jimmy Harris, Ricky McCleod, Keith McCleod, and Scott Gay.<br />
Honorary pallbearers will be the retired employees of Georgia Natural Gas.<br />

The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 31, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.<br />
Mr. Murphey, son of Dorothy Murphey Erickson and the late Roy Lenard Murphey, was a native of Richmond County.  He retired as an electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local 1579 for forty-nine years.<br />
In addition to his mother he is survived by his sons, Michael L. Murphey and wife, Heather, of Aiken, James H. Murphey, of Augusta, and Eric W. Murphey, of Evans; his daughter, LeeAnne Murphey, of Evans; his sisters, Vivian Irwin, Lenora Bailiff, and Deborah Campbell, and her husband, Brian, all of Augusta; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.<br />

Interment will follow in Powells Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Kite, GA, at 3:00 PM on Saturday.<br />
Mrs. Barrentine, daughter of the late Charles and Sara Mae Smith Mixon, was a native of Johnson County, Georgia.  She was a member of First Primitive Baptist Church, the Adult Bible Study and the choir.<br />
She is survived by her son, Troy R. Barrentine and his wife Jennifer, of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Emma Marie Barrentine and Willa Atley Barrentine, also of Charleston; her stepson, Curt J. Barrentine, of Boston, MA; her stepdaughter, Cheryl Barrentine, of Jackson, NJ; and her brother, Willie T. Mixon and his wife, Annette, of Wrightsville, GA.<br />
Pallbearers will be Bill Waters, Bill Elliott, Herman Kitchens, Mark Dengate, Ed Groover, Ray Grubbs and Barry Mixon.<br />

	Memorial services will be held Sunday, January 22, 2012, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Chance &#038; Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Michael Freed officiating.<br />
	Mr. Baker was a graduate of Butler High School and worked for E-Z-GO for twenty-five years.<br />
	In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers Erik Michael Baker, of Bangkok, Thailand, and Robert Allen Baker, of Covington, KY; his niece Heather Marie Baker, of Bay City, Texas; his nephew, Erik Michael Baker II, of Marion Center, PA; and his uncle, August Jacob and family, of Germany.<br />

	Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Chance &#038; Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Earl Carter officiating.<br />
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.<br />
	Buddy was the office manager for Bell Investment Company.  He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan for over forty years. He would travel to Athens to watch them play football, only to return home to watch it again as many times as it was shown on TV.<br />
	He was preceded in death by his parents, Alonzo and Martha Phillips Fitzgerald; and sisters Marian Johnson, Jane Eve, Kay Pierson, and Beverly McBeath.<br />
	In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Chuck Fitzgerald and his wife, Stacey; his brother Tom Fitzgerald and his wife, Cerelia; his sister, Shirley Greaves; and his grandchildren, Joshua Fitzgerald, Christopher Fitzgerald, Kyle Fitzgerald, and Kasey Fitzgerald.<br />
	Pallbearers will be Cary Pierson, Joey Dozier, Cole Pierson, George Greaves, Jimmy Greaves, Ron Carter, Brandon Pierson, and Billy Johnson.<br />
	If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Augusta Humane Society, Inc, PO Box 12035, Augusta, GA 30914-2035; or to the charity of one’s choice.<br />
	The family would like to offer special thanks to the Medical Oncology Associates doctors and staff of University Hospital for all of their care and support.<br />
	The family will receive friends Friday, January 20, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.<br />
