Greaves, 77, wife of the late James T. Greaves, Jr., entered into rest Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at her residence.<br />
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 5:00 PM from the chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors with the Reverend Mark Joyner officiating.<br />
Mrs. Greaves, a native and lifelong resident of Augusta was the daughter of the late Alonzo and Martha Fitzgerald. She had been a waitress and cook and was the owner of Mom’s Country Kitchen. She was a member of Blythe United Methodist Church.<br />
She is survived by her sons, George Robert Greaves, James T. Greaves, III, and William Giles, all of Augusta; her daughter, Sherry Moats of Westminster, SC; her brother, Tom Fitzgerald of North Augusta, SC; her grandchildren, Tanner Greaves, Olivia Greaves, Kerry Easley and Adam Moats; and two great grandchildren.<br />
The family would like to offer a special thank you to Janet Martin for her kind and gentle care of Mrs. Greaves.<br />
The family will receive friends Thursday, from 4:00 PM until the hour of the service at the funeral home.<br />

Meason,<br />
Jr. on Sunday, May 13, 2012.<br />
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 6:00 PM from Christ the King Lutheran Church, with Pastor David Keener officiating.<br />
Inurnment will be on June 10, 2012, at Riverside Cemetery, Asheville, NC.<br />
Mrs. Meason was born on September 26, 1924 in Munich, Germany, to Joseph and Anneliesa Iblacker. She had a happy childhood despite being affected at times by the upheaval of WWII. Her love for the magnificent mountains nearby was very strong and she spent many happy days there. She shared that love with Herbert, whom she met in 1950, while working as a secretary for the United States Air Force. They married in 1952. She came to the United States and became a US citizen in 1954.<br />
After traveling with the Air Force, they settled in Charleston, South Carolina in 1973. She fell in love with Charleston and knew the city intimately. Her favorite place to wander was the Audubon Swamp Garden at Magnolia Gardens where she loved to take her three darling granddaughters and teach them about nature.<br />
Lola was very proud to serve as a volunteer at the Charleston Air Force Base Pharmacy for 20 years, and was awarded for her dedication.<br />
She is survived by her daughter, Monica Dainer, and her husband Paul, of Augusta, GA; her son, Charles Meason, and his wife, Elizabeth, of Asheville, NC; her brother, Karl Iblacker, of Munich, Germany; her granddaughters, Erin, Caroline, and Nicki; her great granddaughter, Joon Karoline; her niece, Elisabeth Fischer; her cousin, Karola Mueller; and a number of family members who cherished her.<br />

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 10, from 6:00 until 7:00, followed by a Celebration of Life service, at Crossbridge Baptist Church, 3130 Skinner Mill Rd.<br />
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 11, at 11:00 AM from Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend Brent Dowis officiating. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the graveside.<br />
Ms. Morris, daughter of the late Harvey D. and Opal McEvers Holt, was born in Quinton, Oklahoma. She had lived in Augusta since 1972. She was a member of Crossbridge Baptist Church where she was a part of the Canaan Sunday School class and hosted a Thursday morning Bible study. Additionally, she was involved with Miracle Making Ministries. She had a spiritual gift of encouragement and hospitality. She was an avid bridge player and crossword puzzler. She also loved reading and shell collecting.<br />
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Banks, and her brother Johnny Reavis.<br />
She is survived by her son, David Charles Morris and his wife, Dolly; her daughters, Jeannie Morris Butler, and her husband, Loy, Gay Morris, Carolyn Bailey and her husband, Kai, all of Augusta; her brother Clifford Reavis, of Winnsboro, TX; her sisters, Lee Bishop and Alma Crook, both of Bristow, OK; nine grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.<br />

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta where she was a member of the George L. Balentine Sunday School Class. Mrs. Rooks taught kindergarden at Augusta Christian and taught at Hillcrest Baptist School and Rollins Elementary.<br />
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Lamar Williams and Aubrey Williams and her sister, Edna Norris.<br />
Survivors include her daughters and sons in law, Donna Lynn &amp; Kirk Gatch of Augusta, Elaine &amp; Larry Joe Bass of Salisbury, NC and Carol Rooks Perara of Augusta, her grandchildren, Sean Alan Norris, Amy Lynn Foster, Brooke Maddox, Nicole Wilson, Matthew John Perara I, Jessica Elizabeth Gatch, her great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Mattison, Logan, Isabella, Taylor, Matthew,<br />
Bryson, Olivia and Alexandra.<br />
Active Pallbearers Sean Norris, Matt Perara, Tim Rooks, Mark Foster, Stephen Maddox and Jack Wilson.<br />
Honorary Pallbearers will be the George L. Balentine Sunday School Class.<br />

Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.<br />
Mr. Pague was born in Augusta and raised in a Christian home. He was a musician, an avid gardner, an artist, and a friend to everyone he met. He was very devoted to his family. Jesse gave everyone the benefit of the doubt and accepted people at face value. He was sincerely kind and non-judgemental. His spirit reflected gentleness and compassion.<br />
Survivors include his mother, Bobbie Pague of Augusta, his father, Ray Pague (Niece) of Saluda, NC, his brother, Isaac Pague (Sally) of Olathe, KS, his sister, Emily Ellis (Bob) of Martinez, his nieces, Macy Ellis and Carson Ellis of Martinez, a much anticipated nephew, Ezekial Calvin Harris Pague and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.<br />
Pallbearers will be Isaac Pague, Bob Ellis, Jimmy Hollingsworth, Sammy Bagwell, Alex Robles, Ben Sumner, RP Bagwell and Joe Bone.<br />
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.<br />

Mrs. Powell, daughter of the late Sam and Ruby Inman Nicholes, was a native of Augusta.<br />
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Jennie Reese Mote, of Augusta; two grandchildren, Faye Anderson and Anniebel Mote; stepson, Jason Powell, of Aiken; stepdaughter, Mary Conner, of Knoxville, TN; four great grandchildren; six step grandchildren; brother in law, James Powell, Sr; and special niece, Missy Reese.<br />
Pallbearers will be Rob Anderson, Gary Findlay, Jason Powell, Robert Conner, James Powell Jr., and Tim Reese.<br />

Mr. Bailey, son of the late James Henry Bailey, Sr. and Margaret Brunson Amerson, was born in Hampton County, SC, but had lived all of his life in the Augusta area. He had retired from the City of Augusta automotive department as a mechanic. He was of the Baptist faith.<br />
He is survived by his children, James H. Bentley, 79, wife of J.C. Bentley, entered into rest Tuesday, April 24, 2012.<br />
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 28, at 11:00 AM at Southside Baptist Church with the Reverend Greg Bentley and the Reverend Wayne Todd officiating.<br />
Mrs. Bentley, a native of Old Ellenton, had lived in the Augusta area for the past sixty years, and was the daughter of the late Clifford P. and Betty Baxley Utley. She was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church.<br />
She was preceded in death by her son, Mike C. Bentley as well as a brother and two sisters.<br />
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Gail Corley and her husband Tommy; sons, Ricky and his wife Stacey Bentley and Greg and his wife Mickey Bentley; brother, Leroy Utley; sisters, Mary Hodges, Elizabeth Cason and Shirley Broome; as well as ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.<br />
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 3612 Mike Padgett Hwy., Augusta, GA, 30906.<br />
Florist please make flower deliveries to Southside Baptist Church between the hours of 9-10 AM on Saturday.<br />
The family will receive friends Saturday,  from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service at the church.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Augusta, GA – Dorothy Marie “Dottie” Kemmerlin, 82, beloved wife of over 63 years, to Paul Joseph Kemmerlin, was carried home by the Angels to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 24, at Trinity Hospital.<br />
Her homecoming services will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., with the Reverend Dr. Randall Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.<br />
Mrs. Kemmerlin was the eighth of eleven children born to Samuel Earnest and Florence Estelle Goodman Cockrell, in Saluda County, on May 5, 1929. She had been a member of Hillcrest Bpatist Church for more than thirty years where she was active in the Food Bank Ministry, the Burn Unit Ministry, Women’s Missionary Union (WMU), the Prison Ministry, Vacation Bible School and as the Mission Coordinator.<br />
She met Paul Joseph Kemmerlin while in the Lutheran Children’s Home in Salem, Virginia in the late 1930’s, and they were married on September 17, 1948. She was retired from the Richmond County Board of Education after 12 years of service as a paraprofessional.<br />
In addition to her husband she is survived by her three adoring children, Dr. Richard Wayne Kemmerlin and his wife, Jane of Greenville, SC, Pamela Jean Kemmerlin Sowell and her husband, Mitchell of North Augusta, SC, and Valerie Elaine Kemmerlin Austin of Martinez; a brother Bobby Glenn Cockrell of Morristown, TN; a sister, Mildred Heatley of Summerville, SC; Dottie was blessed richly with  seven precious grandchildren, Emily Martin, Elizabeth McKenzie, Ellen Hoyle, Brett Sowell, Allison Sowell, Wendy Belcher, and Christopher Austin; as well as seven precious great grandchildren, Emiline, Cameron, Elijah and Josie Martin, Sarah Sowell, Anthony and Brandon Angel.<br />
Pallbearers will be, Ray Smith, George Reynolds, Jamie Golden, Hayse Radford, Jimmy Smith and Darren Smith, Chuck Smith and James Key.<br />
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Florence Rosser Class, the Harold Smith Class, WMU Ladies, Food Bank Workers and the Prison Ministry Workers.<br />
